Dwayne was the first pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he began in the year 2007. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is driven to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of many online articles and is also a contributing writer in Christ-Centered biblical counseling Change lives through the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne has three kids and a wife Leslie.
